The Conference Secretariat has carefully selected the following hotels for the participants of the meeting offering specially discounted rates. Besides the conference venue Hilton Budapest, we offer hotels in every category that are either situated in the Castle District (within a few minutes walk from the conference venue) or in the touristic city centre, but with direct public bus connection to the conference venue (20-25 min.).
Participants are kindly requested to book their accommodation through this page by clicking on the Hotel Link or downloading a Booking Form as indicated under every hotel name. All hotels keep a limited room block latest till 28th February 2015, and request a one-night deposit upon reservation.

Hotel Gellért is one of the most famous hotels in Budapest, built between 1916 and 1918 in Art Nouveau style at the foot of Gellért Hill with a beautiful view on the Danube River. Gellért Spa, connected to the hotel directly, is a special attraction and its indoor and outdoor swimming pool, wave bath, sunbathing terrace and thermal spa can be used by the hotel guests free of charge. Thermal baths are used for healing different diseases and illnesses. Jacuzzi with its glass roofs, which is opened in the summer, and the wave bath are the favourites among guests. All 234 hotel rooms have bath or shower, TV with satellite channels, Pay-TV, Internet access, direct-dial telephone and minibar. The charming hotel features a restaurant, brasserie, lobby bar, espresso and pastry shop, a pub, and a business center.
